Feel free to contact me via email whenever you'd like to request food substitutions for your meal plan. Usually, I make adjustments to your plan during your check-ins. However, if you desire more variety or different food options at any point, you have the flexibility to let me know and I will accommodate your preferences accordingly.
While I suggest dedicating one or two days per week for food preparation, it's also possible to obtain your meals from restaurants. You may need to request specific items separately from the menu, such as chicken breast, potatoes, fish, fruit, salad, rice, and other healthy options typically available. Although these items may not be listed as complete dishes, most restaurants can accommodate such requests. Additionally, some of my clients find meal prep services convenient. If you opt for this, you can provide me with the meals offered by the meal prep company, and I will design your meal plan accordingly based on those options.
TRAINING/WORKOUTS
Each individual is unique, and as such, I create your personalized workout plan by considering factors such as your fitness goals, current fitness level, available equipment, and various other relevant factors. Your workout plan will be tailored specifically to your needs and circumstances.
I customize your workout routine to accommodate any injuries or physical limitations you may have. Simply provide this information on the questionnaire, and I will tailor the plan accordingly.
Yes, I design home workouts based on the equipment you have. If you don't have any equipment, I create bodyweight workouts for you to do at home.
SUPPLEMENTS
While supplements can be beneficial, they are not essential. The key to achieving a successful transformation lies in diligently adhering to your meal plan and workout routine. While supplements can provide additional support, the primary focus should be on consistently following your prescribed meals and engaging in the recommended workouts.
If you have sensitivity to stimulants, I will exclude any supplements containing caffeine from your plan. Please note that supplements are entirely optional in my plans.
As part of your personalized plan, I provide a list of recommended supplements tailored to your specific goals, such as overall weight loss, body fat reduction, muscle building, and more. This list includes precise product recommendations and instructions on how to incorporate them into your routine.
